Presentation formats 2020:

Presentations will be 30 minutes in length, including 5 minutes question time. Conference language is German or English. Please note: Only papers that deal with technical, technological, standardization or user-related aspects of the topics mentioned above will be accepted. Marketing-oriented contributions are not accepted.

Workshops are highly practice-oriented hands-on seminars with active participation by the attendees. This is ideally implemented through practical exercises using instruction materials, tools, systems and inspection devices. Workshop instructors shall not cover the topic in theory only.

Poster presentations summarize examinations and / or aspects of a topic on a poster of size A0. The speaker can discuss his findings in direct dialogue with interested parties. Posters are particularly useful for topics that are limited to a small audience, or for speakers who are not used to speaking in front of a large auditorium.

Please indicate when registering which presentation format you prefer.

Submit your topic now:

Do you want to be a speaker and pass on your knowledge to a broad audience? Then submit a presentation title and a meaningful summary (PDF or Word-Doc) of your possible lecture or workshop (about 1000 - 1500 characters) via the online form. Lectures can be held either in English or German. The call for paper ends on January 31, 2020.

In case of questions, please contact Kristin Rinortner: +49(0)931 418 3086.
