1986-1989: Apprenticeship as an electroplater at Degussa in Niefern 

1989-1992: Electroplater in the coil line at Degussa in Niefern, interrupted by 1 year of military service 

1992-1994: Attended the technical college for surface technology in Schwäbisch Gmünd, graduating as an electroplating technician and master craftsman.

1995 - 2008: Employment at various contract coating companies with a focus on the finishing of electronic components using rack, barrel and coil coating processes. Specialist in selective finishing and special processes. 

Since 2008: Employed by Atotech Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG Sales Germany Business-Unit FEC. First as ACM since mid 2009 as PMM.
