Born in 1977, married with one child.

Studied Materials Science from 1997 to 2001 and completed a Ph.D. on brass alloys in 2006 at TU Berlin.

From 2007 to 2011, worked in material development for the oil and gas sector at Salzgitter Mannesmann Research.

From 2011 to 2024, responsible for material matters, particularly focusing on the development of new special bronze and brass alloys for applications in automotive and mechanical engineering at OTTO FUCHS Dülken (in recent years in the role of Senior Expert in Material Development).

Since September 2024, Manager of Technical Marketing at Materion Brush GmbH, Stuttgart.

For nearly 10 years, an external lecturer at TU Berlin for lectures in the Master's program in Materials Science specializing in copper materials.
