    Hüseyin Anaç is a trained electronics engineer with over 20 years of professional experience in the electronics sector. He built up his field experience as a technician for packaging machines and later deepened this as a commissioner for wet chemical systems for the production of photovoltaic cells in the areas of mechanics, electrics, electronics and software. In 2008 he switched to consulting work as a team leader in component sales. Mr. Anaç has been employed by NCAB Group Germany since 2013 and has worked in the printed circuit board sector, at that time as a technician and since 2019 as a field application engineer.

    Stephan Bächle was born 1968 in Lindenberg and started early playing with Electronic Items.


    Toys were only interesting if they also contained electronics. After an apprenticeship as a car electrician, he attended the master school in Nuremberg to deepen his knowledge. 


    This was followed by various sales activities for electrical and electronic components until Mr. Bächle joined Würth Elektronik as a sales representative in 2011.


    After 3 years of further training at the technical academy of Würth Elektronik eiSos, he took on the role of Field Application Engineer for electromechanical components in Bavaria.


    This includes training of sales representatives as well as the creation and implementation of customer seminars and specialist lectures.

    Martin Bleicher studied mechanical engineering at Aalen University of Applied Sciences (1990 - 1994). In 2004, he completed a part-time Master of Business Administration program at the University of Augsburg and the Katz Business School in Pittsburgh, USA. while working. 


    He has worked in product development at TE Connectivity Germany GmbH since 1994, specializing in stamping and forming technology, surface technology, contact surfaces and product management. In addition to the basic orientation towards product development of stamped parts, he was responsible for various transformation and strategy projects. From 2004 to 2011 he was also deputy plant manager for the lead plant in Woert. From 2010 to 2013 he started and implemented the technical savings based on the VAVE method. 

    From 2013 to 2016 he was responsible for the realignment of a large product line. 


    Currently he oversees product development for terminals worldwide in the Automotive business unit, including advanced engineering in this area.
