Dr. Adolphe Foyet

Associate R&D Chemist | Qnity Electronic & Industrial Finishing (ICS)

After completion of his PhD in Physical Chemistry and Electrochemistry at the Martin-Luther- Universität Halle -Wittenberg (Germany) in 2007, Adolphe FOYET worked for 3 years as Postdoctoral Fellow in Material and Composite at the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherland. He joined Dow Electronic Material as Senior R&D Chemist in 2010, DuPont Electronic & Industrial in 2019 as Associate R&D Chemist and Qnity Electronics as EMEA Application Group Leader in 2025. His domain of interest is connectors, Integrated circuits, and passive components metallization. He developed several electroplating products such as gold / gold-alloys, tin / tin-alloys, and silver / silver-alloys, obtained several granted patents and published more than 17 articles in different scientific journals.
