Florian Zwintzscher completed a dual study program in industrial engineering at DHBW Karlsruhe. He then gained experience in various positions in the field of stamping technology and in plastic–metal composite components. Since 2024, he has been responsible for sales and project management at SCHROEDER + BAUER.
